Fraser Valley Stage - October 2022

Health and Safety (update October 3, 2022)

Fraser Valley Stage adheres to all current Covid 19 protocols as recommended and mandated by BC Public Health Orders.   Do not attend if ill or experiencing symptoms of respiratory illness.  Face masks and proof of COVID 19 vaccination are not required at this time.  

General Terms and Conditions

Doors Open

Doors to the building open 1 hour before the performance and to the theatre seating 30 – 45 minutes before the show.

Late Arrival

Patrons who arrive after the performance has begun may have to wait to be seated until a suitable break is determined by the ushers.

Content and show run times

Some productions may not be suitable for all ages.  Use judgement and discretion when determining whether to bring young children.

Seating

Do not change from your reserved seat unless directed by an usher.

Theatre Etiquette

Please turn off all electronic devices before the performance begins.  Be respectful of others around you if eating or drinking in the theatre.

Recording of performances

As per licensing agreements, recording in any format including video, sound and photography with or without flash is prohibited.

Refunds and Exchanges

If a performance is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, Fraser Valley Stage will arrange a refund or tickets to an alternate performance date and time if space is available.  All such transactions must be made with the original purchaser of the ticket(s). 

There is no refund or exchange for a performance that is terminated within 30 minutes of the end of the show due to technical or other reasons.  There is no refund or exchange in the event that a ticket holder is unable to attend.

Use of Personal Information

Personal information shared with Fraser Valley Stage such as name, address, phone number and email address will be used for the purposes for which it was collected and will not be shared.  Consent for the collection, retention and use of your personal information is implicit when you disclose this information to us.  We may use the information to contact you about updates important to your ticket order or donation and unless otherwise instructed by you, to contact you about future productions.  You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.

Ushers

Ushers have the authority to remove any persons who do not adhere to the terms and conditions as outlined in this document.

Note:

All patrons attend at their own risk and release Fraser Valley Stage, its contractors, sponsors, volunteers, Board of Directors and members of any liability.
